Recipients must fulfill the following criteria:

  • The Nominee must be a member of Intellus
  • A nominee shall be 35 years of age or under or less than ten years in the industry
  • Transformative impact in the health industry
  • Commitment to profession and/or community through volunteerism
  • A commitment to continued education through various forms (webinar, conference, certifications, internships, etc.)
  • Leadership activities that promote professional development; (special projects, speaking/presentation engagement, creative thinking, and problem solving, positive impact on colleagues)

Nomination Procedure
The evaluation of the nominees for the award will be made by the Intellus Future Leaders Council Awards Committee.  Complete the nomination form below.  The deadline for nomination submissions is June 30, 2024.  For any additional questions please contact info@intellus.org.
