Sponsors and exhibitors:

Video is the preferred content format for buyers along their path to purchase. In response to attendees' requests to provide a more engaging expo experience, exhibitors are encouraged to provide a short video explaining their company's offerings, what visitors to your booth can expect to learn from you and any activities, resources or prizes offered.  Click here for an example This video will be included in our app of event and exhibitor resources available to all attendees just prior to, during and after the event.

Client/manufacturer feedback states they want exhibitors to share the following:

  • Interesting demos of new capabilities
  • Games/incentives to visit booths, not an overly hard sales pitch
  • Short introduction about unique offering...why do I want to meet with them?

Behavior Standards

Unfortunately, we have received complaints from client/manufacturers about ultra-aggressive sales people at the Summit and they have stated they will not return to the conference if they are subject to this treatment.  While we acknowledge most attendees conduct themselves professionally, please remind all your company representatives of how best to represent themselves with the utmost professional etiquette.  Our goal is to improve client attendee experience and we need your help.  Click here to view all exhibitor/sponsor guidelines.  By purchasing a sponsorship you are agreeing to all guidelines within the exhibitor/sponsor document.

Please consider the following when engaging:

  • Do not approach attendees if they are otherwise engaged (talking with others, checking email, talking on the phone, checking in at the hospitality desk, attending a session, watching a demo)
  • Do not yell across the expo from your booth to get a client's attention
  • Do not approach them in personal areas such as the restrooms or as they make their way to their hotel room

Your cooperation is appreciated!
