Call for Presenters - Submissions Due May 1

How do we reposition insights as the intelligence, innovation, ideation and imagination engines of our organizations?  

At the Institute in September, our community of health insights and analytics colleagues come together for transparent discussions on the latest technology, tools and techniques that make us the nimble and trusted knowledge partners our brands rely upon.

Session options include:

1) 50-min session of 30 min knowledge sharing plus 20 min of interactive round table discussion
2) 10-min demos to main audience
3) 8-min micro presentation during client-only lunch.

Invite your clients to co-present!  Client presenters receive complimentary membership/registration for the conference.

Use this PowerPoint template to create your submission and complete the form below by May 1.  You do not need to submit the full presentation. We need the outline of the content, take aways/best practices and discussion group prompts.

Consider including a short video recording of your presenter explaining the content (see example video here).  Some reviewers can not access dropbox due to company restrictions.  Use Vimeo or a private website link without a password requirement.  Video should be less than 5 minutes.

Timeline

• Submissions due May 1 (will not be accepted late or incomplete)
• Notification of selections May 27
• Rehearsals with mentors Aug 31 - Sept 10
• Final slides due Sept 18, session may be canceled if late

Case study examples must have approval from companies that own the products referenced. All information must be shared in an educational manner. Slides are reviewed and approved by committee mentors during the rehearsal process. Failure to comply with deadlines and professional conduct will result in canceling the session. Furthermore, speakers who violate this policy will be barred from presenting in the future.

Presenters must be sponsors unless they are only from client/industry companies.
